Powder Spray bottles, also called fine mist powder spray bottles or powder dispenser bottle. It is a type of dispenser that allows the application of powdered substances in a fine, aerosol-like mist. It is specifically used for powder products which includes body powder, dry shampoo, fragrance powder, deodorant, root touch-up powders, shaving powders, glitter formulations and any other dry powders.

How is the powder spray bottle work?

The mechanism of a powder spray bottle is designed to efficiently aerosolize the powder upon squeezing or pressing the trigger. The bottle is usually made up of:

-Bottle: The main body of the dispenser where the powder is stored.

-Press mechanism: The part you squeeze or press to dispense the powder. 

-Siphon tube: The tube that goes from the pump to the bottom of the bottle. When the pump is pressed, it creates a low-pressure area that draws up the powder into the tube.

-Nozzle: The part of the bottle where the powder exits. It's designed to break up the powder into tiny particles, creating a fine mist.

The fine mist of powder from powder spray bottle is smooth and even, no waste and no mess. The powder spray bottle is an alternative to traditional powder packaging. Different from the traditional aerosol bottle, the powder spray bottle is refillable. The user can open the screw easily and put new powers into the bottle. So it is an ideal product for the packaging sellers.

There are small powder spray bottles 14ml-50ml, used for portable needs; There are big ones 50ml-180ml, used for formal band packaging.In future, we will work out other bigger ones if needed.  

For the design, besides the shape of bottle, another design come from the nozzles. It include long rotatable nozzle, which can alignment the right place you would like to spray. Or the dry powder spray bottle with a horn-shaped nozzle, which make the fine mist to a diffusion.
